EASY SHOPPING – All you need to know

We want you relax and enjoy your shopping experience. Therefore we have gathered all the practical information regarding your online shopping with DYRBERG / KERN.

Please put the items in your shopping cart and then begin the checkout process when your order is complete.

2. HOW CAN I PAY?

You have three convenient ways of payment alternative including all major credit cards, pay-on-invoice and part-payment.

As we use secure payments via 3D Secure on shopdyrbergkern.com - online shopping is safe and secure. Your credit card will not be charged until your goods have been shipped. You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you placed your order.

3. EASY RETURNS

We have done our best to make it easy for you to return any products from your order in five simple steps.

1) Please take care when opening the plastic bag or parcel, as it can easily be re-used to return your items.
2) Simply fill in the return form, place it in the bag together with the items you wish to return.
3) After completing the return form, please send both the return form and the parcel to the address below

4) Bring the package to the post office. Please retain proof of postage.
5) Refunds: We will issue a full refund to you if the product has a fault that is deemed on our side.  For this refund please send an email to customer service with your return postage receipt and your bank account information. We will refund your return postage via bank transfer. 

If you return the item simply because you don't want it - then we will not refund any return shipping cost.

4. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

The cost of shipping is a flat fee so it does not matter how muc you buy for, the shipping fee stays the same.  The shipping cost are:

Denmark - 39 DKK
Sweden - 59SEK
United Kingdom - 12,95€
Finland - 7,95€
Germany - 5,95€
All other EU countries - 12,95€

5. SHIPPING - WHEN AND HOW WILL I GET MY ORDER?

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Here you will find a link where you can track your order. We usually deliver your package within 2 - 4 days but often the postman gets it to you even faster.

We use the following distributors for the countries:

Denmark - GLS
Sweden - Schenker Privpak
United Kingdom - GLS
Germany - UPS
Finland - UPS
All other EU countries - UPS

You will get a notification letter or SMS and you can then pick up your package at the nearest post office.
